Live Chat

Sometimes it's easier to have a real time messenger conversation than an email to-and-fro. We have a live chat feature available in the CMS, so you can drop our team a message to come in any time and help.

1. Once logged in to the admin area, click thepurple icon in the bottom right hand corner of a page to open the chat dialogue box.
2. Hit the 'start a new conversation' button. 
3. Type in your message and hit send. 
4. A member of our team will check in as soon as possible to reply. You can leave the chat window open or closed, either way it will pop up again with a notification as soon as we've responded.
5. All of your previous conversations with us will be available to pick up any time.
