Outlook (Windows)

Video instructions:

These instructions were written for Outlook 19, but should be similar across most versions. 

1. Open Outlook 2019, if this is the first time you have used Outlook 2019 you will be prompted to create a new profile. If you have previously created a profile within Outlook 2019, you should create a new profile to connect to your mailbox (go to File, followed by Add Account)
2. Enter your email address, followed by the Advanced Options and tick Let me setup my account manually 
3. Tap on IMAP 
4. On the following page you'll then need to fill in some of the blanks:

    

   IMPORTANT: If you didn't see the options to add the incoming and outgoing mail servers, please click here for further instructions.

   Incoming Mail Server

   Host Name: hosting.opendoorinternet.co.uk
   Username: ###USERNAME###
   Password: ###PASSWORD###
   Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
   Port Number: 993

5. Outgoing Mail Server

   Host Name: hosting.opendoorinternet.co.uk
   Username: ###USERNAME###
   Password: ###PASSWORD###
   Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
   Port Number: 465

6. Password: ###PASSWORD###
7. You're all set and ready to send emails!
