Setting an autoresponder

  1. You can login to the webmail interface here:

    https://mail.sonderdigital.co.uk/SOGo/

  2. Then in the top right hand corner click on your email address and select “autoresponders” from the dropdown
  3. Click “Add Autoresponder” to create an out of office response.
  4. Enter the required fields and then hit “Create/Modify” at the bottom of the page

    Tips:

    Just leave "Character Set" on UTF-8

    The "From" field is your name (not email address)

    We suggest an interval of 24 or 48 (this prevents the same person getting 10 replies if they forward you 10 emails in a morning!)
