Mailbox size

By default your email account will be capped at 2GB. You'll receive an email warning if you're approaching this limit - if you need more space for your emails this can be organised for a small additional monthly charge. 

To help keep your inbox from getting too large

1. Make sure you regularly check and clear your spam folder. We will periodically delete spam emails that have been on the server for more than 60 days.
2. If you receive large emails with lots of attachments consider downloading and saving the attachments, rather than keeping the large emails in your inbox forever.
3. It's good practice to delete really old emails, newsletters and junk messages.
4. If you run out of storage for your emails, just get in touch and we'll either help work out where you can save space (or provide you with more storage).
