About the footer

Similar to the header, the footer is generally speaking something that you don't want to edit too much, or at least not without some prior thought and planning! As it's on every page, it's another navigation tool that can be really important for your website users. The text you put in the footer and the links that go in it have a big influence on search rankings too.

If there are changes you want to make, we'd normally suggest getting in touch with your dedicated account manager to discuss them. We can then show you where to go to edit the footer, or we'll happily do it for you.

To edit the footer in canvas mode, you need to make sure you are editing the 'live' version of a page. You're not able to edit in sandbox mode.
