Adding Incoming and Outgoing Server Details

If you were unable to add incoming and outgoing server details during the setup of your email on Outlook, please follow the steps below!

  1. First, make sure you've completed the steps outlined on the Outlook (Windows) page.
  2. Once completed, go to Outlook, click File and then Account Settings
  3. In Account Settings, you then want to select the new email that you've just added and click Repair
  4. On this window, select Advanced options, check the box Let me repair my account manually and then click Repair
  5. On the next window, you'll see two dropdowns, one for Incoming mail and another for Outgoing mail - please amend the Server details for both to:

    Incoming mail server: hosting.opendoorinternet.co.uk
    Outgoing mail server: hosting.opendoorinternet.co.uk

  6. Then hit Next
  7. The next window should then say Account successfully repaired
  8. And that's it, you're done!
