To help support our customers, we might sometimes ask you to install AnyDesk.
AnyDesk allows us to connect to your PC to take the reins, making remote support nice and easy!
This support page will show you how to install and use AnyDesk.
Start by installing AnyDesk, make sure to use the install for your specific operating system:
When you click the applicable option from above, AnyDesk will start installing.
Next, navigate to your Downloads folder and open the file labelled AnyDesk.
Once opened, click Invitation email...and send the email to the Sonderling that is helping you.
IMPORTANT - Think of this 9 digit code like a password, NEVER send it to anyone unless you would like them to connect to your PC.
