iPhone or iPad

These instructions were written for iOS 14, but should be very similar for all recent iPads and iPhones.

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone
2. Scroll down and tap on "Mail"
3. Tap on "Accounts" and then "Add Account"
4. Tap on "Other" from the bottom of the list of choices
5. Tap on "Add Mail Account" from the top of the next page:

   
   Name: ###NAME###
   Email: ###USERNAME###
   Password: ###PASSWORD###
   Description: Work Email

6. On the following page you'll then need to fill in some of the blanks:

   
   Incoming Mail Server

   Host Name: hosting.opendoorinternet.co.uk
   Username: ###USERNAME###
   Password: ###PASSWORD###

   Outgoing Mail Server

   Host Name: hosting.opendoorinternet.co.uk
   Username: ###USERNAME###
   Password: ###PASSWORD###

7. On the following screen there should be an "on" toggle next to Mail and an "off" toggle next to Notes. Leave those as they are are press the blue save button in the top right hand corner. 
8. You're all set and ready to send emails!
